At any time you can request a Full backup file to confirm the back ups had been performed.

Your backups are taken every day. We don’t have 24/7 customer service though. In saying that, we do offer extended working hours, if you need us just send us an email we’ll get back to you in a timely manner.

We proactively look for these to be identified, once identified we’ll remove the contacts from your database and give you security recommendations to fix the root cause.

Thank you for asking, we check that your automations are triggering, that the external integrations you have in your account are working and the deliverability of your emails is not affected.
